SHIPPING POLICY Regular orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Packages sent via 1st Class U.S. postage are not insured or traceable, so there is no recourse if the package is damaged or lost in transit. Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package and distance to destination. Priority shipments can be arranged for 3 day, 2 day, or overnight delivery. Out-of-Stock items can be sent directly to you from the publisher as well. Extra expense is incurred for these options. If you desire any of these options, please specify in the “Information” text box. International shipments are available through the U.S. postal service to select countries. Extra charges apply.

RETURN POLICY As of February 1, 2009 we will no longer accept returns except under the following conditions. (1) The merchandise is defective. (2) Exchange for incorrect method or alternate form of the product (e.g. needed book with CD instead of just book alone or vice versa).

SPECIAL ORDERS All non-stock items are deemed non-returnable. We will inform you at the time you place your order if an item is "Special Order".

PRICES Suggested retail prices are set by the publishers. Prices are subject to revision at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to keep prices current and inform you of price changes before processing your order. On occasion a price may change between the time we backorder it and when it comes in.

SALE ITEMS Products that have been reduced in price are non-returnable. All sales are final.
